Viking Valiant transmitter built by E. F. Johnson in the late 1950's.
The Valiant is rated at 275 watts plate power input for CW telegraphy service and 200 watts for AM modulated phone. Frequency range is 160-10m in seven bands with VFO control.
The 21 tube lineup (including a total of five 6146's) is as follows:

Power requirements are 185 watts standby and 560 watts key down CW (fully loaded) at 117VAC.
The unit measures 21.125" x 17.375" x 11.725" and weighs 83 lbs.
